Responsibilities

  • Help administer company’s equity programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPPs)
  • Administer EarnIn’s equity compensation programs in collaboration with a third-party stock plan administrator
  • Manage new hires/terminations in equity administration platform
  • Prepare and distribute grant agreements
  • Process new equity grants, exercises, vesting, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate records of all equity transactions
  • Manage offboarding equity communications and option expiration timelines
  • Track and update employee status changes that affect vesting
  • Ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations
  • Prepare and file SEC filings (Section 16 forms, Form 144)
  • Support corporate governance activities related to equity and stockholder matters
  • Assist with external audits and coordinate with internal audit and finance teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding equity grants, vesting schedules, and exercises
  • Provide training and resources to employees to enhance understanding of equity programs
  • Respond to inquiries regarding equity statements, tax implications, and plan rules
  • Manage and maintain equity management platforms
  • Maintain cap table in equity platform
  • Perform system reconciliations with payroll, HRIS, and finance systems
  • Generate regular reports on equity activity
  • Partner with Legal, HR, Finance, and Payroll teams
  • Provide data and analysis for board meetings and investor relations
