Requirements

Must be able to recognize and document equipment ID numbers, mileage readings and signage
Must be able to document part numbers on log sheets and work orders, track parts/tire usage
Must be able to document and log labor hours on work orders and log sheets
Must hold a valid driver’s license
Safety toed footwear is required
Must have 3 months of work with single employer in last 6 months
Prior Tyson team members must not have worked 3 times or more for Tyson to be considered for position
Prior Tyson team members are eligible for rehire after completing 180-day waiting period
Ability to manipulate 200lb tire/wheel assemblies with mechanical assistance for 12-hour shifts
Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull up to 75lbs in all types of weather for 12-hour shifts
Willing to grasp, grip, twist, pull, bend and stoop for 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities

Safely manipulate tire/rim assemblies on loaders, forklifts, tractors, trailers and multiple types of equipment
Identify tires which need replacement from both normal and abnormal wear and/or damage
Follow proper procedures to mount/dismount tires and install properly on equipment
Perform service calls on equipment at remote locations away from the garage
