Assist members in selection and purchase of tires
Properly install and repair tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing
Complete necessary tire bay documentation
Maintain tire bay policies and procedures
Properly dispose of tires and ensure propane tanks are filled per club policy
Maintain clean and professional tire bay and waiting area
Merchandise tire displays and automotive products
Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk, coordinate with Home Office on tire needs
Maintain accurate and complete supply inventory, utilize special-order tire programs
Deliver service excellence, resolve/deescalate member concerns, commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily (Grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, signage, clean/organized)
