- Constantly tapped into TikTok culture, chronically online, and knowledgeable about who and what is happening on the platform
- Ability to spot trends before they go mainstream and identify real-time culture moments
- Able to execute creative projects in very fast time frames to maintain relevance and timeliness

Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Vertical and Head of Creative to ideate concepts and prep pitches
- Lead ideation of TikTok ideas
- Work with TikTok Team Production Manager and producers to organize props and materials needed for videos
- Help run a writers room of junior ideators to continue coming up with ideas
