High school diploma or equivalency
Professional and friendly personality
Pleasant, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while handling multiple demands
Excellent listening and communication skills
Ability to accurately perform basic math
Previous customer service experience preferred, including cash handling
General computer knowledge preferred, especially with RTP systems
Timely and reliable attendance
