Responsibilities

Handle guest ticketing transactions with efficiency and accuracy
Maintain high standards of customer service in a welcoming and professional manner
Provide positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service
Help guests select products that best suit their individual needs
Conduct ticket and ticket-package transactions efficiently
Answer or direct guests' questions/concerns positively (in person and on the phone)
Collate receipts
Perform general filing
Conduct accurate cash outs
