Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical/Medical/Science background
  • At least 2 years selling experience in the medical device industry
  • Highly valuable experience in intensive care unit and/or anesthesia area
  • Knowledge of the Medical Industry competitive marketplace
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement)
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Full clean driver license
  • Based in Barcelona to cover Catalunya

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
  • Promoting and establishing education of the company's products and/or services
  • Conducting market research including customers and competitors activities
  • Implementing market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
  • Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing
  • Other duties may be assigned
