  • Ability to persuasively communicate scientific or clinical data to enable physicians to provide the best patient care
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with key customers using a customer-centric mindset and drive to create differentiated customer experiences (Cx)
  • Experience in BMS focus therapeutic areas (preferred but not required)
  • Advanced account management skills, including new account openings, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate clinical and scientific evidence to promote the use of BMS medicines for appropriate patients and generate demand
  • Continuously maintain and enhance high-level scientific expertise in assigned products and disease areas
  • Promote approved indications of BMS products in the designated territory and achieve sales targets
  • Plan and conduct speaker programs by external speakers, selecting from approved speaker lists and following appropriate slide review processes
  • Develop and successfully execute comprehensive territory and account management plans, including account openings
  • Actively utilize omni-channel tools (e.g., CE^3) to gain insights, reflect them in visit plans timely, and provide feedback on tool usage for continuous improvement
  • Present information to healthcare professionals using approved scientific resources and publications with scientific expertise and passion, ensuring fair and balanced scientific dialogue
  • Plan and conduct briefing sessions at medical institutions to discuss label-aligned product scientific information with healthcare professionals
  • Maintain advanced practical expertise on new data
  • Collaborate with the medical department as appropriate to promptly address questions or complex inquiries on unapproved matters
  • Actively collaborate with other field teams to ensure the highest level of customer experience (Cx) for healthcare professionals
  • Collect relevant insights and information internally and share with appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to provide better services to customers
  • Communicate regularly with special store representatives to manage trends related to assigned facilities' BMS products
  • Closely collaborate with alliance partners (for applicable products only) to maximize customer experience (Cx) for healthcare professionals
  • Conduct PV and PMS activities appropriately and within deadlines
  • Comply with laws, regulations, and policies that form the basis of BMS's code of conduct
  • Focus field working hours on activities with external customers
