Responsibilities

Manage the entire lifecycle of global installation and deployment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Develop and implement strategic plans for customer deployment waves, coordinating technical expertise, project workflows, and resource allocation
Lead the HPE hub-based Implementation Project Management group and build cross-functional, high-performance global teams, including internal staff and third-party contractors, to achieve project goals and foster career development
Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards, health and safety policies, and client requirements
Develop and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
Provide technical oversight and guidance on installation and deployment processes, often serving as a subject matter expert in the project's domain
