Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year completed of an Associate's degree OR completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electro
Basic understanding of equipment / process control / safety / risk awareness / setup awareness / operation, as it applies to the role
Basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications, as it applies to the role
Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday from 2pm - 10pm)

Responsibilities

Execute Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and apply process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to the role
Utilize appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to the role
Successfully execute responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to the role
Ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment
Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus's commitment to quality
