Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year completed of an Associate's degree OR completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electro
  • Basic understanding of equipment / process control / safety / risk awareness / setup awareness / operation, as it applies to the role
  • Basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications, as it applies to the role
  • Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday from 2pm - 10pm)

Responsibilities

  • Execute Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and apply process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to the role
  • Utilize appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to the role
  • Successfully execute responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to the role
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment
  • Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus's commitment to quality
