A minimum of an Associate's degree OR the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science
Minimum One (1) year of related experience is required
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Responsibilities

Develops / executes Manufacturing solutions
Provides services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements
Establishes an area of technical specialty (in-discipline)
Applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role
Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production
Demonstrates an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications / cross discipline OR supplier coordination
Successfully executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes
Provides support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role
Comprehensive Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role
