Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing test platforms
Experience with test equipment troubleshooting, debugging test software, and products
Ability to perform root cause failure analysis
Skills in calibration and preventative maintenance of equipment
Experience supporting new equipment evaluations
Capability to develop new test programs and complete test acceptance/validations
Knowledge of implementing engineering changes while maintaining program integrity
Strong communication skills for technical leadership and customer interaction
Ability to create training materials (e.g., Specific Function Training, Assembly Build Instructions)

Responsibilities

Review and react to key process indicators to increase program capability while maintaining low false call levels
Identify program or system gaps and implement solutions across the site
Actively listen and respond to internal customer needs and participate in sector teams to support external customer satisfaction
Provide technical leadership at the product level using strong communication skills
Work with planners and manufacturing Supervisors/Leads to support production schedule priorities
Support manufacturing Operators and Technicians in troubleshooting and debugging test equipment, software, and products
Lead root cause failure analysis and implement solutions to reduce or eliminate downtime
Lead calibration and preventative maintenance of equipment
Support new equipment evaluations and provide feedback as required
Develop new programs, complete test acceptance/validations, and implement engineering changes
Lead development of training for Operators or Manufacturing Test Technicians
Attend vendor training sessions to improve expertise and train others
