Technical leadership at the product level
Ability to review and react to key process indicators to increase program capability while maintaining low false call levels
Skills in identifying program or system gaps and implementing solutions
Experience troubleshooting and debugging test equipment, test software, and products
Knowledge of root cause failure analysis
Capability to lead calibration and preventative maintenance of equipment
Ability to support new equipment evaluations and provide feedback
Experience developing new programs, completing test acceptance/validations, and implementing engineering changes while maintaining program integrity
Ability to develop Specific Function Training, Assembly Build Instructions, or other training materials

Responsibilities

Review and react to key process indicators to increase program capability while maintaining a low false call level
Identify program or system gaps and implement solutions to close these gaps across the site
Actively listen and respond to internal customer needs and participate in sector teams to support external customer satisfaction
Provide technical leadership at the product level and work with planners and manufacturing Supervisors/Leads to support production schedule priorities
Support manufacturing Operators and Technicians in troubleshooting and debugging test equipment, test software, and products
Support root cause failure analysis and implement solutions to reduce or eliminate downtime
Lead calibration and preventative maintenance of equipment
Support new equipment evaluations and provide feedback as required
Develop new programs, complete test acceptance/validations, and implement engineering changes while maintaining program integrity on one or more manufacturing test platforms
Lead the development of Specific Function Training, Assembly Build Instructions, or other training to support equipment operation for Operators or Manufacturing Test Technicians
