Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to the Customer Test Lead on the development of testing strategies and planning
  • Guide the customer to define business processes and map test scenarios to business processes in preparation for testing
  • Work with the Customer Test Lead and the Customer Subject Matter Experts to ensure testing scenarios are created in accordance with project quality standards
  • Guide the Customer Test Lead on the scheduling of testing activities, including coordination of rooms, equipment and testing resources
  • Serve as the overall Testing Manager responsible for testing administration, testing tools, testing preparation, status updates, and overall incident reporting
  • Work with the Customer Test Lead and the Customer Subject Matter Experts to ensure all test scenarios are executed and results documented in each cycle: unit testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, parallel testing, regression testing and performance testing
  • Prepare final reports after each test phase is completed – unit testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, parallel testing, regression testing and performance testing
  • Advise and guide customers through the development of a testing strategy and plan, and conducting testing
  • Ensure the Workday solutions meet desired business requirements and can be used effectively in their targeted business environments
