The California annual base salary for this role is currently $94,000-110,000. Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on factors like skills, experience, and internal equity.
This position is on-site at Inversion HQ in Playa Vista, CA and requires in-office presence.
Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience, typically 1+ years of hands-on experience testing hardware systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
The role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment as a key member of the Accurate Landing Team, reporting to the Director of Engineering.
Strong candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, 1+ years of hands-on hardware testing experience, and ideally experience with test campaign ownership, flight tests, parachutes, and airborne systems.
