Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and at least 3 years of experience with Software Test Automation. They should demonstrate the ability to communicate programming concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, possess a strong understanding of testing methodologies, and be proficient in reading and writing automation test scripts in various languages such as Javascript, Java, and SQL.

Responsibilities

The Test Automation Engineer will lead and create an internal automation and quality assurance framework, define and develop new and complex level tests through collaboration with cross-functional teams, analyze automation test results and provide solution-based recommendations, provide recurrent communication on automated testing statuses, mentor and train other team members, and lead the department in keeping abreast of the latest automation technologies and trends. They will also collaborate across multiple departments and management levels to institute a comprehensive automation framework and follow established internal software development methodologies and procedures.
