Requirements

  • Bachelor's in science with minimum 1 years of professional experience in healthcare industry (Pharma or medical device industry)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Indian healthcare delivery system with information on procurement process of medical essentials at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Exposure to procurement process of Directorate Health Services, Medical Education department, Public Health Dept., and ESI of states
  • Exposure in managing sales, training of end users & troubleshooting at existing installations, developing a business plan covering sale, revenue, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence in respective territory
  • Experience in managing KOL at institutions, corporate hospitals, and Government hospitals

  • Drive sales of HemoCue products in Government & Private sectors such as Blood centers, Doctors, Diagnostic Labs, Nursing homes, Hospitals etc
  • Generate revenue with high profitability

  • Assist in the development of the annual sales plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales effort) and sales promotion program plans
