  • Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States
  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales in the building materials industry
  • Must live in the Carolinas region (North and South Carolina; relocation will NOT be provided)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com

Responsibilities

  • Drive wall foam sales to contractors and distributors within the assigned territory to achieve annual sales targets
  • Develop annual business plans that outline activities needed to exceed quota
  • Meet regularly with clients to deliver the HBS value proposition and gain specifications
  • Participate in industry and promotional events
  • Understand pricing and proposal models thoroughly
  • Conduct intelligent business conversations and influence business owners and decision makers at the contractor, distributor, and specifier level
  • Develop clear business proposals, negotiate, and execute business deals
  • Provide regular competitive intelligence updates, including pricing and marketing strategies
  • Perform administrative tasks such as timely email responses, expense submissions, pricing requests, and performance management
  • Operate in a safe and ethical manner while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring competitive market positioning
