Candidates should have 1-3 years of accounting experience or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with CPA being a plus. A basic understanding and ability to apply US GAAP, intermediate Excel skills, and the ability to maintain financial security and communicate effectively are required. Experience with NetSuite and Great Plains is a plus.
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the daily, monthly, and quarterly review and analysis of revenue for multiple Angi subsidiaries. This includes creating and importing journal entries, performing reconciliations, preparing balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis, and preparing month-end and quarterly financial reports. The role also involves preparing ASC 606 deferred revenue roll forward schedules, maintaining financial security through internal controls, assisting with audits, and performing ad hoc analysis as directed.
