Responsibilities

The Temporary Operations Associate will pick and pack items for dispatch to customers, receive and unpack pallets of product, ensure physical inventory counts match purchase orders/invoices, resolve discrepancies, manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, clean and organize the sales floor and facility, manage waste and spoilage through FIFO practice, contact customers for substitutions, handle and scan product, use equipment to move product, handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol, work in freezer locations, prepare quality beverages and food menu items, ensure accuracy of packaged food and beverages, follow health and safety guidelines, and maintain kitchen facility organization and standards.
