Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in customs brokerage operations or hold a valid U.S. Customs Brokers License, and experience working with all modes of transportation, primarily air, truck, and ocean, and experience with PGA declarations. Experience with e-Commerce and de minimis shipments is a plus, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Customs Associate will ensure timely filing of AMS/ACAS and ISF data, customs entries, and timely exception resolution, coordinate with internal teams and external supply chain partners to ensure timely clearance of goods where third-party brokers are used, support daily/weekly reporting and internal auditing, and ensure timely approval of daily statements to CBP.
