Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and experience working in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred, though not required. They must be able to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite, is required, along with the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.

Responsibilities

The Temporary Operations Associate will pick and pack items for dispatch to customers, receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors, ensuring inventory counts match purchase orders and invoices, and resolving discrepancies. They will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, clean and organize the sales floor and facility, manage waste and spoilage through FIFO practice, contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items, handle and scan product, and move product using carts and pallet jacks. Additionally, they will handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol, work in freezer locations, prepare quality beverages and food menu items, ensure accuracy of packaged products, follow health and safety guidelines, and maintain kitchen facility organization.
