Requirements

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years relevant work experience
Less than 1 year of supervisory / managerial experience
High proficiency web-based applications and computer systems specifically in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of data architecture and management
Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and phases
Understanding of project management practices and principles (e.g. PMBOK)
Ability to effectively communicate complex information in writing to all levels of staff, management, and external customers

Responsibilities

Manage project to stand up new asset-building program, which will span multiple phases and workstreams (e.g. data infrastructure, process development, policy development) and require coordination of cross-departmental stakeholders
Manage daily operations of existing eviction prevention program, including quarterbacking work of cross-functional contributors (viz. property managers, attorneys, accountants, IT administrators, resident service coordinators), liaising with asset manager clients, and directly handling and manipulating data with complex architecture
Manage project to scale existing eviction prevention program and expand to new markets, which may include process development, data analysis, and light financial modeling
