Requirements

  • High proficiency web-based applications and computer systems specifically in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Manage project to stand up new asset-building program, which will span multiple phases and workstreams (e.g. data infrastructure, process development, policy development) and require coordination of cross-departmental stakeholders
  • Manage daily operations of existing eviction prevention program, including quarterbacking work of cross-functional contributors (viz. property managers, attorneys, accountants, IT administrators, resident service coordinators), liaising with asset manager clients, and directly handling and manipulating data with complex architecture
  • Manage project to scale existing eviction prevention program and expand to new markets, which may include process development, data analysis, and light financial modeling
  • Other duties as assigned
