Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience in direct response paid search, including strategy development and execution. Experience across Google Search, YouTube, GDN, UAC, and Apple Ads is required, along with comfort in conducting A/B tests and making bulk changes within Google Ads Editor. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Google Sheets/Excel, and data visualization platforms are necessary. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential, as are strong verbal and written communication skills. Mobile app/subscription and/or B2B experience is strongly preferred.
The Temp Paid Media Associate, Search will help develop and execute high-performing paid search campaigns across Google and Apple, aligning with business strategy. Responsibilities include hands-on day-to-day optimizations like trafficking ads, QAing, budget reallocation, and identifying new opportunities.
