Requirements

Candidates should have 4-6+ years of hands-on paid search experience in a B2C or SaaS environment, with a proven track record of managing $500K-$1M+/mo budgets efficiently. Deep expertise in Google Ads, strong working knowledge of GA4 and GTM, and experience optimizing toward downstream metrics like CAC, trial-to-sub conversion, or LTV:CAC are required. Strong analytical skills using tools like Looker, Mode, or Excel are essential, and candidates should be located in or willing to overlap with the Pacific Time Zone. Ideal candidates are empathetic, collaborative, curious, energized by owning a performance channel, enjoy running experiments, and are scrappy and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

The Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Search will independently manage and scale Google and Microsoft Ads (Search, Performance Max, etc.) to drive LTV:CAC targets, owning paid search strategy, optimization, experimentation, and reporting. Responsibilities include optimizing account structure, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing page funnels across core regions, running A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing campaign performance daily, and sharing actionable insights. The role also involves owning media planning and performance forecasting for paid search, collaborating with lifecycle, product marketing, and design teams, and continuously researching new channels and platform features.
