Requirements

Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent (implied by role building on Pharmacy Technician responsibilities)
Ability to follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
Capability to oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, including serving as keyholder and managing alarm/safe codes
Knowledge of pharmacy workflow procedures for production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off
Competence in controlled substance prescription fulfillment, including counting, imaging, and inventory management
Flexibility for scheduling and business needs
Growth mindset, receptiveness to feedback, and commitment to team dynamics

Responsibilities

Manage all daily pharmacy operations under Pharmacist oversight from a Supervising Pharmacy
Follow company SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists and improve patient health
Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, protecting pharmacy products, especially refrigerated items and controlled substances
Execute pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment at production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off stations
Complete all tasks for controlled substance prescription fulfillment, including counting, capturing images, maintaining inventory, and handling CII prescriptions
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, creating personalized moments, offering services like immunizations, and solving/escalating patient issues at pick-up, drive-thru, register, and over the phone
Perform inventory activities as permitted by law and directed, such as putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stock, and waiting bin inventories
