Responsibilities

  • Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists and improve patient health
  • Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Complete all tasks related to controlled substance prescription fulfillment, including counting, capturing images, maintaining inventory, and additional CII fulfillment
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, creating personalized moments, offering services like immunizations, and solving/escalating patient problems at pick-up, drive-thru, register, and over the phone
  • Complete inventory activities (e.g., putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as directed
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic through effective communication with Supervising Pharmacy/Pharmacist and Telepharmacy Tech Team Leader
