Responsibilities

  • Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists and pharmacy team in managing patient health
  • Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, protecting pharmacy products (especially refrigerated and controlled substances)
  • Execute pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Complete all tasks for controlled substance prescription fulfillment, including counting, imaging, inventory maintenance, and CII fulfillment
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, creating personalized moments, offering services (e.g., immunizations), and solving/escalating issues at pick-up, drive-thru, register, and phone
  • Perform inventory activities as permitted by law and directed (e.g., putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stock, waiting bin inventories) to maintain target levels and mitigate loss
  • Demonstrate genuine care in all customer and colleague interactions, contributing to a safe and inclusive culture
