Ability to follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
Capability to oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, including serving as keyholder and managing alarm/safe codes
Knowledge of pharmacy workflow procedures for production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off
Competence in controlled substance prescription fulfillment, including counting, imaging, inventory maintenance, and CII prescriptions
Flexibility for scheduling and business needs

Ability to demonstrate empathy, genuine care, and compassionate service in patient interactions

Responsibilities

Manage all daily pharmacy operations under Pharmacist oversight from a Supervising Pharmacy
Follow company SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists and improve patient health
Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, protecting pharmacy products (especially refrigerated and controlled substances)
Execute pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment at all workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
Complete all tasks for controlled substance prescription fulfillment, including counting, capturing images, maintaining inventory, and CII prescriptions
Contribute to positive patient experiences by providing empathy, personalized service at pick-up/drive-thru/phone, offering immunization arrangements, and solving/escalating issues
Perform inventory activities (e.g., putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stock, waiting bin inventories) as directed
Contribute to a high-performing team by embracing growth mindset, seeking knowledge expansion, and fostering a safe, inclusive culture
