Requirements

Passion for bicycles
Motivated and able to work in a team and independently
Flexible (working at client facilities and able to travel to other cities)
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and handle stress
Driver's license (to drive vans and transport bicycles around the city)
Knowledge and experience in assembling, maintaining, and repairing all types of bicycles and accessories
At least 2 years of experience as a bicycle mechanic (electric or non-electric) in the cycling or mobility sector
Good customer service skills (experience in customer-facing roles, e.g., bike shop, is valued)
Experience in repairing bicycle components is valued, though not essential

Responsibilities

Assemble and repair electric bicycles
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services
Perform quality checks to ensure the safety of all bicycles
Provide exceptional service to users and assist in onboarding new clients
Assess damages and repair bicycles to the highest standards
