Requirements

High School / Technical Diploma completed or upper level truncated, geared towards manufacturing. Considered careers include: Electrical Technician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Mechanical Technician, Chemical Laboratory Technician, Industrial Processes Technician, Machine and Tools Technician, etc
At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in the manufacturing industry
Must be 18 years or older
Must be available to rotate shifts (3 shifts) and work Monday to Sunday with rolled-over weekends
Certificate of Studies: High School or Technical Career

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment continuously, including maintenance, cleaning, and using basic manual and electrical tools
Master Packaging or Manufacturing Technologies
Meet Quality Standards
Implement improvements to assigned equipment
Participate in the execution of Maintenance Standards
Eliminate machine defects
Execute assigned equipment cleaning standards
Fill production records
Work as part of a team to maintain production flow, achieve performance targets, and maintain high quality standards
