The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the technology industry, specifically managing significant accounts involving systems operating on Windows, MS Office 365, thermal printers, handheld scanners, and basic networking skills. Familiarity with domain policies, certificate consoles, control panel functions, networks, commands, bulk files, and peripheral system diagnostics is required.
As a Field Support Technician, you will proactively interact with end-users at client sites, administering preventative and corrective maintenance of printing, mobile, handheld, laptop systems, and providing support across hardware, software, and network levels. Your responsibilities include providing user support, configuring and managing IT equipment, inventorying IT assets, resolving tickets and tracking issues, performing preventative and corrective maintenance on laptops, printers, mobile devices, handheld devices, switches, and nodes, demonstrating strong communication skills and teamwork to resolve client incidents/requests, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by clarifying needs and ensuring fulfillment, providing software support, post-sales service, or application delivery on standard and specialized systems, and resolving technical issues on assigned hardware and software platforms.
