Responsibilities

Execute customer satisfaction through complaint response procedures
Ensure customer satisfaction process
Monitor and maintain customer KPI performance
Respond to customer complaints on customer portals (WFCC and CSE reports)
Address customer-specific requirements and communication to the plant
Implement Flow 5 / Mass production processes
Implement ICA (Interim Containment Action)
Analyze part returns due to warranty issues
Prepare customer presentations regarding quality issues
Ensure temporary measures are eliminated upon process stabilization
Monitor customer KPI performance, analyzing data weekly, monthly, and annually
Apply continuous improvement processes to upgrade customer KPI’s
Perform corrective action processes for customer KPI’s below target
Maintain a lessons learned database
Coordinate problem-solving with multidisciplinary teams
Control of all inventory available at the pipe line
First answer: 24 hours
Ensure root cause analysis process completion
Ensure the implementation of irreversible corrective actions
Final answer with root cause identified and action plan defined: 14 days
Submit corrective action related to customer complaints (WFCC, Unformal, WIRS) on customer portals
Control of sorting services related to customer complaints
Coordinate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Containment: immediate
Ensure quality checks and rework are well-defined, managed, and data collected for effectiveness verification
