Responsibilities

  • Execute customer satisfaction through complaint response procedures
  • Ensure customer satisfaction process
  • Monitor and maintain customer KPI performance
  • Respond to customer complaints on customer portals (WFCC and CSE reports)
  • Address customer-specific requirements and communication to the plant
  • Implement Flow 5 / Mass production processes
  • Implement ICA (Interim Containment Action)
  • Analyze part returns due to warranty issues
  • Prepare customer presentations regarding quality issues
  • Ensure temporary measures are eliminated upon process stabilization
  • Monitor customer KPI performance, analyzing data weekly, monthly, and annually
  • Apply continuous improvement processes to upgrade customer KPI’s
  • Perform corrective action processes for customer KPI’s below target
  • Maintain a lessons learned database
  • Coordinate problem-solving with multidisciplinary teams
  • Control of all inventory available at the pipe line
  • First answer: 24 hours
  • Ensure root cause analysis process completion
  • Ensure the implementation of irreversible corrective actions
  • Final answer with root cause identified and action plan defined: 14 days
  • Submit corrective action related to customer complaints (WFCC, Unformal, WIRS) on customer portals
  • Control of sorting services related to customer complaints
  • Coordinate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  • Containment: immediate
  • Ensure quality checks and rework are well-defined, managed, and data collected for effectiveness verification
