Requirements

  • Experience in harness process (HV experience)
  • Knowledge of customer complaint response procedures (8D, DPS, DPRTS)
  • Familiarity with Customer Portal, control plan execution, and PFMEA update

Responsibilities

  • Execute customer satisfaction through customer complaint response procedures according to customer specific requirements, 8D, DPS, DPRTS, Customer Portal, control plan execution, and PFMEA update
  • Ensure customer satisfaction process
  • Ensure customer KPI's performance (monitor weekly, monthly, annual; apply continuous improvement; perform corrective actions for KPIs below target)
  • Ensure customer complaint response on customer portals for all WFCC and CSE reports (first answer in 24H, final answer with root cause and action plan in 14 days; submit corrective actions)
  • Ensure customer specific requirements and communication to plant (monitor portals, identify changes, notify plant areas, verify execution)
  • Problem management (liaison with customer, coordinate multidisciplinary team, root cause analysis, implement irreversible corrective actions)
  • Implement Quality Alerts and ICA (Interim Containment Action)
  • Analyze parts returned due to warranty issues and prepare customer presentations for quality issues
  • Ensure temporary measures are eliminated once process performance and stabilization are back to expected levels
  • Maintain lessons learned database
  • Control inventory available in pipeline
  • Control sorting services related to customer complaints (coordinate RMA, immediate containment, define quality checks/rework, verify effectiveness)
  • Any other work activity related to the position
