Requirements

Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes
Ability to manage demand planning and stock optimization based on annual production plans (PDP)
Proficiency in handling national and international supplier relations and order tracking
Capability to manage transportation processes and delivery follow-ups
Skills in incident management, including supplier non-conformities
Familiarity with payment processes for imported materials
Willingness to conduct occasional supplier visits and travel
Compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, including waste segregation, risk prevention, and use of personal protective equipment

Responsibilities

Perform demand planning and monitor procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and auxiliaries for production
Launch and track orders for spare parts requested by the After-Sales Department until delivery
Launch and follow up on orders with national and international suppliers; maintain information flow with suppliers and internal/external departments
Monitor changes or new parts from R&D to adjust orders
Manage production stock: forecast and optimize stock according to annual PDP
Manage merchandise transportation processes: track deliveries in quantity and time to ensure production continuity
Manage incidents: follow up on supplier non-conformities notified by quality to ensure replacement within required times to avoid production stops
Manage payments: send payment requests to accounting for imported materials if necessary
Implement indicators, monitor, and ensure achievement of objectives
Occasionally conduct supplier visits and travel if necessary
Comply with environmental instructions, segregate waste, provide environmental information, participate in system activities, and notify environmental incidents
Ensure personal and others' safety through compliance with prevention measures, norms, procedures, proper use of equipment and PPE, and immediate reporting of risks
