Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, developing clear technological visions with sector-specific expertise
  • Collaborate with C-level executives, digital leaders, and IT managers
  • Develop value cases and operating models using various technologies
  • Work at the intersection of business, technology, and sector
  • Create new digital strategies, implement roadmaps, and guide digital transformations
  • Unlock value and create real, tangible impact
  • Apply data-driven methods to analyze strategic issues, solve complex problems, and help clients realize strategies with new technologies
  • Contribute to practice development (e.g., organizing events, creating points of view, sharing knowledge)
  • Advise on and realize medium- to long-term transformations (e.g., multi-year cloud projects)
  • Help clients become data-driven by extracting measurable business value from data & analytics, designing/building capabilities
  • Assist teams with data-driven storytelling via quantitative analyses and data visualization
  • Work on projects like digital government transformation, cloud and data modernization, cyber resilience, AI in public services
