Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or eligible for obtaining security clearance
Willingness to work in the Canberra office at least 3 days per week (candidates willing to relocate to Canberra welcome)
Strong analytical skills and ability to tackle complex challenges (problem solvers)

Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to varying daily challenges
Strong communication skills, able to facilitate large workshops
Excellent organizational skills, managing competing priorities and aligning business objectives with technical demands
Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, handle disputes, and work closely with clients to understand needs and create solutions

Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; define scope, objectives, and deliverables collaboratively with stakeholders
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders; facilitate regular updates, meetings, and reviews; manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals
Allocate resources efficiently; manage team workloads, resolve conflicts, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration
Track project performance using KPIs and metrics; ensure compliance with governance frameworks; prepare and present status reports to senior leaders
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; remove impediments and foster continuous improvement
Coach the team on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe); promote self-organisation and accountability
Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap; prioritise backlog items based on business value and feasibility
Create and maintain a well-defined backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria; collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements
