Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; define scope, objectives, and deliverables collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders; facilitate regular updates, meetings, and reviews; manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Allocate resources efficiently; manage team workloads, resolve conflicts, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration
  • Track project performance using KPIs and metrics; ensure compliance with governance frameworks; prepare and present status reports to senior leaders
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; remove impediments and foster continuous improvement
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe); promote self-organisation and accountability
  • Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap; prioritise backlog items based on business value and feasibility
  • Create and maintain a well-defined backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria; collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements
