Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM)
15 years full-time education
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) (Must-have skill)
Strong understanding of cloud environment setup and management
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and value realization

Responsibilities

Create production and non-production cloud environments using appropriate software tools for projects or products
Deploy automation pipelines and automate environment creation and configuration
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project objectives
