Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service
Proficiency in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service, including Service Request, Account, Contact Management, Omni Channel Routing, Configure Notifications and Chat functionality, Analytics and Knowledge management, Security Setup, Integrations and Extensions, App Composer, Page Composer, Groovy, SLA Configurator, Digital Customer Service, Reports, SOAP/REST APIs
Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations
Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning), AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects
Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement
Familiarity with data governance and management practices

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of architecture assessments across infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process dimensions
Define assessment scope and engage with clients to gain agreement
Conduct discovery assessments and provide insightful recommendations to address weaknesses and opportunities
Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of architecture and alignment with business objectives
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Visualize innovative solutions leveraging Accenture’s GenAI & Agentic architecture and technologies from Oracle, Accenture, and other providers
Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption
Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows
Collaborate and manage the team to perform, responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and insights from stakeholders
Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations based on assessment findings
Create production and non-production cloud environments using proper software tools
Deploy automation pipeline and automate environment creation and configuration
