Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
15 years full-time education
Deep proficiency in SAP Basis Administration (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of system architecture and database management
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems
Familiarity with SAP landscape management and transport management
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Expertise in Technical Architecture of SAP and designing SAP BoM for customers
Strong communication skills and team management abilities
Based at Mumbai office

Responsibilities

Design and deliver technology architecture for SAP RISE/On-premise solutions
Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs
Act as SME in SAP Basis
Stay updated with latest innovations, developments, and new products in the field
Collaborate and manage teams to perform
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress across teams
Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology account management
Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to define innovative solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
Address challenges during the development process and stay updated with technological advancements
