Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. They should have strong proficiency in both declarative and programmatic development within the Salesforce platform, including expertise in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Experience in leading projects and collaborating within Agile environments is also required, as well as a demonstrated understanding of software development life cycles and release management.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Senior Associate will develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization tools, conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables, initiate and lead Salesforce projects, participate in the development and design of architecture, create custom business logic and interfaces, demonstrate expertise in software development life cycles and release management, engage in Agile practices, mentor junior developers, and maintain high coding standards through code reviews.
