Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with 8-10 years of experience in Ethernet Storage/Networking protocols and NVMe. Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages is required, as is experience with Secure Boot, Secure Firmware Download, Secure Debug, Authentication, Attestation, and Data in Flight Encryption (IPsec, TLS 1.3, Asymmetric and Symmetric Cryptography).

Responsibilities

The Technologist Test Engineering role involves defining and executing product validation test plans, leading failure analysis, and performing product performance characterization. Responsibilities include developing test schedules, writing test plans for new features, generating test matrices and reports, and defining new tests based on customer feedback. The role requires executing regression test cases, collaborating with hardware, ASIC, and firmware engineers to improve test methodology, configuring customer hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues to root cause, and maintaining equipment. Additionally, the position requires comfort with instrumenting changes in the Linux Kernel and acting as an expert guide for automation and script reviews.
