Requirements

Qualification such as BEP/CAP/BP/BTS specializing in Fluids and Energies (e.g., MAEMC or FEE)
First experience in the maintenance of Professional Kitchens (preferred)
Knowledge of Fluids and Energies (e.g., MAEMC or FEE)
Possession of Refrigerant Handling Certificate Category 1
Good knowledge of electrotechnics
Autonomous, involved, and enjoys teamwork

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on kitchen equipment and refrigeration equipment
Adjust, control, and troubleshoot all appliances in a professional kitchen (ovens, fryers, washing tunnels, cold rooms, etc.)
Diagnose faults and propose troubleshooting solutions
Manipulate and top up refrigerant fluids
Know and apply installation, hygiene, and safety standards in the workplace
Installation and commissioning of kitchen and refrigeration equipment
