Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure various low voltage systems (e.g., security systems, fire alarms, CCTV, audio/video systems, network cabling)
  • Run, terminate, and label cables according to project requirements and industry standards
  • Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure system functionality and reliability
  • Identify and resolve issues in low voltage systems promptly to minimize downtimes
  • Fix faults or damages in systems to restore optimal working condition
  • Provide technical support
  • Train and support end users on operating and maintaining low voltage systems
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure installations and repairs adhere to regulations
  • Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Generate reports on system performance, issues resolved, and maintenance activities
  • Evaluate existing systems for upgrades or enhancements
  • Perform system upgrades to improve performance or comply with standards
  • Collaborate with technicians, engineers, project managers, clients, and teams for project completion
