Requirements

Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry in a maintenance/similar role troubleshooting equipment and machines
Experience in cleanroom preferred
Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts
Good team player
Enjoy working with various cross-functional teams across manufacturing site

Responsibilities

Handle highly complex technical tasks to support production operations and enhance efficiency
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
Manage resources and schedules to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards
Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
Monitor output quality to identify and address faulty products
Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
Make significant decisions within task scope, requiring advanced technical skills
Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for business alignment
Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining documentation
Ensure rigorous quality control and complete all required training
Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
