Requirements

Ability to perform physical activities repeatedly: push rolling carts weighing 300KG, perform GxP cleaning and production end waste disposal, perform inspection of lenses under increased lighting and magnification
Work in a cleanroom environment
Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), quality, safety requirements, SOP, GxP, HSE, and Data Integrity (attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, accurate)
Teamwork with cross-functional team members
Participation in Kaizen projects for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment to produce and/or package contact lenses
Operate Autoclave to sterilize contact lenses
Ensure contact lenses are manufactured to the best quality level possible
Maintain the quality standard of Contact Lens manufacturing
Perform IPC (in-process checks) such as Visual Lens Inspection and Operator Packaging check
Schedule contact lenses to be sterilized within 12 hours
Perform simple machine setups (e.g., Ink change)
Support maintenance activities and troubleshoot machine issues
Meet yield, equipment performance, and uptime targets for assigned LTs
Ensure daily production targets and highest product quality are achieved
Maintain 5S in the production floor
Perform all production activities at various stages under cleanroom environment in compliance with cGMP, quality, and safety requirements
