  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and documented experience in: servicing truck tires, retail sales of truck tires, and technical handling of truck tires
  • Practical understanding and knowledge of servicing and handling truck tires
  • Practical knowledge of trucks, trailers, and semitrailers
  • Knowledge of the industry and provision of service in the field of truck tires
  • Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge of technology and tools related to current fleet service for truck tires
  • Organizational and analytical skills (e.g., familiarity with Excel for basic calculations)
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Responsibilities

  • Checking the quality of services provided by Goodyear's service partners for truck fleets in kilometer contracts PPK (price per kilometer)
  • Ensuring compliance with service policies, the effectiveness of these services, and cost efficiency in line with set objectives by conducting regular field visits and monitoring key performance indicators of service efficiency
  • Collaborating within the organization to obtain feedback on work scope and recommending improvement plans to ensure a high level of contracted service provision and cost improvement
  • Building business relationships with Goodyear's service partners as tire service providers and carcass handlers to maintain ongoing contact aimed at ensuring high-quality services
