Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mechatronic Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering
3 years and above working experience
Able to manage routine workload and ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision (preferred)
Able to work independently as well as a team member (preferred)
Able to converse and write well in English (preferred)
Dynamic and strategic thinking during day-to-day activities
Strong troubleshooting skills, initiative, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Perform machine installation as per schedule
Maintain the smooth operation of production and optimize yield, utilization, and product quality through machine sustaining and maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
Monitor equipment performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address deviations from performance targets
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members
Update machine status from outgoing shift to incoming shift
