Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mechatronic Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering
  • 3 years and above working experience
  • Able to manage routine workload and ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision (preferred)
  • Able to work independently as well as a team member (preferred)
  • Able to converse and write well in English (preferred)
  • Dynamic and strategic thinking during day-to-day activities
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, initiative, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform machine installation as per schedule
  • Maintain the smooth operation of production and optimize yield, utilization, and product quality through machine sustaining and maintenance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
  • Monitor equipment performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address deviations from performance targets
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members
  • Update machine status from outgoing shift to incoming shift
