Requirements

Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Initiative and ability to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to equipment operation
Flexibility to work in shifts, occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting equipment and machines
Effective coordination and communication skills
Intermediate knowledge in electrical wiring, PLC systems, control systems, pneumatics systems, actuators, sensors, and their working principles
Positive attitude and ability to act as a team player

Responsibilities

Maintain the smooth operation of production and optimize yield, utilization, and product quality through machine sustaining and maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules, address equipment-related issues, and implement improvements
Monitor equipment performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address deviations from performance targets
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members
Provide training and support to operators and maintenance staff on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols
Carry out assigned tasks to uphold product quality and assist in environmental, safety, and health efforts, as well as the seamless operation of departmental business continuity activities, while adhering to company policies and procedures
