Proficiency with authoring, CMS, and task management tools like Readme, Confluence, and JIRA is necessary. Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Payments, along with UX writing and Portuguese language skills, are considered strong advantages. The ability to communicate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams and work both independently and collaboratively is essential.
The Technical Writer will produce developer guides, API reference documentation, and other educational materials for the Pismo platform. This involves collaborating with engineers, product managers, and other experts to gather information, obtain technical reviews, and test code samples. Responsibilities include editing and reorganizing existing documentation, verifying the accuracy of code samples and instructions, and editing reference specification files. The role also entails generating code samples, publishing Postman collections, and working with the design team on user experience content. Additionally, the Technical Writer will participate in initiatives to establish style guidelines and processes and contribute ideas to enhance the developer experience.
