Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. They should have over 4 years of experience in technical writing, proofing, and editing various documents such as white papers, manuals, and instructions. Familiarity with editing, preparing, and producing technical reports is essential, along with experience using style guides and formatting technical documentation. Experience in developing diagrams and interpreting engineering drawings is required, as well as skills in designing graphics for technical materials. Proficiency with audio or video editing software, particularly Adobe Captivate, is preferred. Candidates should also have the ability to collaborate effectively with technical staff and a strong attention to detail. An active Secret Government Clearance Level or higher is mandatory, and prior experience working with government organizations is a plus.
